This notice explains what the Prova public website collects and why.

Prova LLC provides this website and the work described on it. This notice covers the public website, its Decision Brief, its inquiry form, and its optional booking link. Client work is governed by the written agreement and controls established for each engagement.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

The Decision Brief can be used without contacting Prova

Your choices are kept in session storage in the current browser tab so you can move through the tool without losing your place. Building the brief does not send its contents to Prova.

If you choose to download a PDF, the completed brief is sent to the site server only to prepare the file. The PDF route requests no contact details, stores no brief content, and sends no email. Request metadata and a one-way identifier derived from the IP address may be processed for temporary rate limiting.

If you choose to discuss an engagement, the same inquiry flow used on Start asks about paid intent, a defined assignment or ongoing support, timing, acceleration, budget, and contact details. Timing from your brief carries forward. Your brief and these details are submitted only after you review them and press “Send brief and inquiry.” No source files are included. Prova may offer optional booking after receipt, or review the scope and budget before inviting a call.

The Start path collects an organization-level inquiry

The site asks whether you are considering paid work, what you want help with, whether you want a defined assignment or ongoing support, your deadline, whether you request acceleration, and your maximum total budget. You may describe the work or select a situation and kind of engagement. It also asks for your name, organization, and email. Answers and contact details remain in session storage in this tab while you work through the form, and are cleared from that storage after a successful submission.

Prova uses those details to understand the inquiry, prepare for a possible conversation, detect duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain an operating record.

The public site accepts no files. Do not include participant information, health information, confidential client material, or sensitive case details. The inquiry is not submitted to an AI model. Submitting it does not create an engagement.

Booking is optional after the inquiry is sent

After sending an inquiry or confirmed Decision Brief, people whose stated budget supports a scoping conversation may open an optional appointment page. Other inquiries are reviewed before a booking invitation. The scheduling provider receives your name and work email, the information you enter there, and the appointment time you select. Prova does not place the inquiry answers or Brief contents into the scheduling link.

Site analytics do not receive the contents of an inquiry or Decision Brief

Prova uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site use. Controlled events may record whether the inquiry was started or submitted, which question was answered, the broad audience and help categories selected at submission, where a Start link was used, and whether the optional booking link was opened. For the Decision Brief, events may record whether the tool was started, which step was answered, whether the brief was copied, and whether a visitor continued from it. They do not record the answer selected or the contents of the brief.

Custom analytics values do not include budget ceilings, deadlines, names, email addresses, organizations, selected situations, optional notes, brief contents, brief identifiers, booking-form contents, or client and participant information. The public site does not use advertising trackers or visitor profiles. Prova LLC does not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers support the public site

Vercel
Hosts the website, handles site requests, and provides aggregate analytics. As host, it processes IP addresses and request metadata required to deliver and protect the site.
Upstash
Stores the structured Start inquiry and contact information. It also receives one-way security identifiers derived from IP address and work email for rate limiting.
Resend
Delivers a copy of the Start inquiry to Prova’s operating inbox.
Cal.com
Provides the primary external appointment page offered after an inquiry is received.
Google Workspace
Provides calendar records, meeting links, the operating email account, and a fallback external appointment page.

These providers may process information in the United States or other locations under their own service arrangements. Prova LLC operates from Seattle, Washington.

Retention depends on the system and whether work begins

  • Start answers and contact details remain in session storage in the current tab until successful submission or the tab’s session ends.
  • Decision Brief choices remain in session storage in the current browser tab until that tab or its session is closed, or until you start a new brief.
  • The Decision Brief PDF route does not store the brief content.
  • The complete Start inquiry is stored in Upstash for 90 days after submission.
  • Rate-limit counters may remain for up to 48 hours.
  • A one-way duplicate-submission flag remains for 10 minutes.
  • Resend may retain transmission data and content for up to 30 days under Prova’s configuration.
  • Cal.com, Google Calendar, and the Prova inbox hold records for booked conversations and related correspondence.
  • Inquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted 12 months after the last substantive exchange.
  • If an engagement begins, relevant correspondence follows the client-file schedule and written agreement.
  • A legal hold or legal obligation may require limited information to be retained longer.

Public pages are not for client or participant records

  • The public website provides no file upload.
  • Do not place confidential client files, participant records, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the Start form, booking form, or ordinary email.
  • Client materials are transferred only through the process named in a signed agreement.
  • The public site uses HTTPS and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
  • The site is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity and is not directed to children.

Client work has separate data and AI terms

If an engagement proceeds, the written agreement identifies permitted materials, Prova’s role, approved infrastructure providers, the ways AI may assist, access and disclosure conditions, retention and deletion requirements, and any legal or operational exceptions.

The organization providing the materials controls their authorized use and sharing under the agreement and applicable law. Client materials are not used by Prova to train a general-purpose model.
